How can MSM Coaching
Group help?

Using Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), MSM provides trained coaches to bring the best in coaching. Simply put, neuro refers to nerves and the nervous system, and linguistics refers to language. Programming refers to how the neural language functions i.e. how the brain talks to us. Learning the language of your mind and changing it up can create so many possibilities. MSM has former and current service members, first responders, and civilians who are trained and ready to assist our clients to be the best they can be.

WHO WE ARE?

Robert Casteel – Co-Founder

Up front, Robert is a husband and father of Christian faith first, then a coach, mentor, and volunteer second. Robert remains congruent with his values of family, faith, country, health, and love. Because he is of the Christian faith, Robert is open to other faiths and is willing to learn and understand their beliefs.

Cathy Casteel – Co-Founder

I’m Cathy Casteel. I am a mother, wife, and a faithful servant first; a soldier, coach, speaker, and volunteer second. I am perfectly imperfect in many aspects of my life and am truly excited about that. You see, in my life I had many opportunities to blame life for why things did not work out the way I wanted them to; instead, I chose to view it as a gift.
